Students wishing to enrol on the courses should fill out the registration form, clearly stating their preferred options. The registration form is also available at www.eleinstituto.com . The registration form should always be accompanied by the document supporting payment of enrolment fee.
Pre-enrolment fee or deposit is 120 € at least 20 days prior to the start of the course.. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the course. Payment of the enrolment fees should be made in euros, by cheque addressed to E.L.E. Instituto , cash deposit, bank transfer or credit card, before the start of the course. Bank charges arising from transactions will be met by the student.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to E.L.E. Instituto and support the documents which justify the cancellation. Terms of cancellation are the following:
Reimbursement of 80% of pre-enrolment fee if notice is received 30 days or more prior to the start of the course.
Reimbursement of 50% of pre-enrolment fee if notice is received 15 days prior to the start of the course.
No reimbursement of the pre-enrolment fee will be made by E.L.E. Instituto if notice is received less than 15 days prior the start of te course or once the course has commenced.
In cases of absence through force majeure, duly justified in writing, 50% of the fee paid will be In exceptional circunstances, students who return to their home country during the course and who are unable to continue, should write a letter to the E.L.E. Instituto explaining their reasons, together with any supporting documents justifying permanent absence. In such cases, the E.L.E. Instituto reserves the right to consider reimbursement. In no such cases will the pre-enrolment fee be reimbursed.
E.L.E. Instituto also handles accommodation in Valladolid for students wishing to make use of this service. Accommodation will only be reserved once pre-enrolment fee has been made. Students are advised to reserve one month in advance, if possible when making payment of enrolment fees. Cancellation of any type of accommodation should be made at least two weeks in advance, in which case 85% of the amount paid will be refunded, 15% being retained to cover administrative costs. No refunds will be made without prior notice of cancellation.
All students take a placement test to determinate the level of knowledge of Spanish language. Students can take the test over the Internet, www.eleinstituto.com and/or the first day of the course too.
All students enrolled on the course must have medical insurance. Students from EU countries can obtain an E111 form in their respective countries to receive medical assistance in Spain . Students may also take out medical insurance through the E.L.E. Instituto. This insurance covers the whole of the country and includes doctors' appointments and emergency hospital treatment. The cost and conditions of this insurance can be consulted to the management.
Each student receives an official attendance certificate at the end of the course. Students must attend at least 80% of the classes if they wish to take the final examination.

Fees include: Enrolment on the course selected, programme of activities, placement test, accommodation service (if requested), student card, final exam, certificate assistance at the end of the course.
