If you are an existing education agent or are considering becoming one, we are always interested in hearing from you. Please read through the information below to get an idea of what we expect from our agents and the services that we provide.

We know that no two agencies work in exactly the same way, however, the following list shows what E.L.E. Instituto expects from all its agents as a minimum.

• Fair and accurate representation of E.L.E. Instituto 's courses and facilities.
• Clear marketing strategies regarding overseas student recruitment.
• Good understanding of Spain visa regulations
• Clear, accurate and timely administration.
• Visits to our facilities, if they want, during their workshops in Spain.

Our aim at E.L.E. Instituto is to nurture and promote long-term profitable relationships with all the agents that we work with. Below is a list of what we can offer.

• Commission on course fees.
• Prompt and accurate payment of invoices.
• Question answering service from our admissions team.
• Accurate and timely paperwork in order to enable students to apply successfully for a Spanish student visa.
• Promotional materials such as brochures, posters and prospectus.
• Visits to your overseas office from our international marketing team.
• Permission to use our logo on agency promotional materials.

1. With the helpful guidance of agency staff, the student chooses to study at E.L.E. Instituto
2. The agent sends us the student's completed E.L.E. Instituto application form and the quantity stipulated as a deposit of the inscription.
3. Once the amount has been deposited, we send a Certificate of Admission and other of Accommodation (in case it has been requested, along with more detailed information of the type of accommodation requested).
4. The student applies for their student visa at their local Spanish Embassy or Consulate.

   NOTE: The registration fee is not refundable. Nevertheless if you decide to join us before a year from the moment you paid the registration fees, you won't have to pay the fees again.

5. The student should pay the rest of the course fees before starting the course.
